职责： - 担任项目经理、主任设计师一职。
带领中到大型项目，负责项目的财务管理，项目进程，领导团队高效合作。 根据项目，进行景观设计规划。 担任项目设计专家一职，与员工共同开发并执行设计。 独立评估、选择、应用景观建筑技术与标准，判断项目是否需要修改。 管理面向客户的演讲和报告开发。 负责客户管理，满足客户需求。 维护现有客户群，挖掘新客户。 Plays akey role in projects, as a lead, project manager, or critical designer. Leadsprojects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial managementof the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays onschedule and staff are working together effectively. Developslandscape design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’sscope. Develops innovative solutions to problems. Servesas a technical design expert to the project, but generally works through staffto develop and execute design. Independentlyevaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques,procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations andmodifications on projects. Managesthe presentation and report development for clients. Plays akey role in client management and client satisfaction.
Leads marketing efforts to current clients and isinstrumental in identifying and attracting new clients. 要求：
建筑或相关专业本科，景观建筑和规划、城市设计、自然资源或建筑专业硕士优先。 七年及以上景观设计师经验，有海外工作经验者优先。具有成功管理团队的经验，与上下级关系良好。较强的客户管理能力。较强的财务和预算管理能力。挖掘新项目、维护现有项目的成功经验。优秀的成品作品集，展示优秀的专业技术能力。具有可持续设计和绿色基础设施经验优先。优先的设计、可视化和制图能力。熟练应用AutoCAD 和Adobe Creative Suite 系列软件。熟练应用MS Office Suite 。具备优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力。注重细节。优秀的组织能力。需附上作品集。Bachelors in LandscapeArchitecture or closely related field required, Masters Degree in LandscapeArchitecture and Planning, Urban Design, Nature Resource or Architecturepreferred.7 years or above experiences ina landscape designer role, overseas work experience is preferred.Proven experience successfullymanaging teams; well regarded by peers and direct reports. Strong client managementskills. Strong financial and budgetmanagement skills.Proven track record insuccessfully securing new work as well as maintaining existing contracts.Strong portfolio of built workwhich demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.Experience working insustainable design and green infrastructure are preferred.Excellent design,visualization, and graphic skills. Strong proficiency in AutoCADand, Adobe Creative Suite software packages.Proficiency in MS Office Suiteas well as overall strong computer proficiency.Good writing and oralcommunication skills both in English and MandarinStrong attention to detail.
