Responsibilities： Leader of MEP team for the deliverable for China MEP project. He / She is required to develop the team and capability for the MEP delivery of the project： 1.Lead MEP discipline in a multi-disciplinary office 2.Business development 3.Supervise other MEP engineers 4.Deal with clients and contractors 5.Monitor the design quality 6.Provide guidance to MEP work 7.Provide technical solution 8.Project management of MEP work 9.Time and resources planning for the team 10.Budget control
Requirement： 1.Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ HVAC/ Water Supply and Drainage Engineering majors from recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution 2.Professional membership of relevant institution. 3.Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the MEP discipline, including proven track record of leading the large-scale multi-disciplinary projects. 4.Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients 5.Entrepreneur type of leadership, management and mentoring skills. 6.Prefer fluent in both English and Mandarin languages. |
