规划设计师

任职资格：

1.城乡规划、景观园林等设计类专业，本科及以上学历；

2.有在规划事务所或国内设计院1年以上工作经验，参与过大中型项目设计或竞赛优先考虑；

3.应聘者须具备较强的独立思考、沟通能力，有手工模型制作能力更佳。

4.至少参与过1个至扩初阶段设计或竞赛项目，请在作品集中说明工作内容及职务；

5.熟练掌握AutoCAD， PS， AI，熟悉Revit，Rhino，ID更佳；

6.应聘者性格热情外向，能够适应公司科学高效的工作氛围和模式，同时有极强沟通能力和良好的职业道德；

7.在国外有留学及工作经历、并且熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先考虑；

8.工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-18:00；

1. Urban and rural planning, landscape architecture and other design majors, bachelor's degree or above;

2. Have more than 1 years working experience in planning firm or domestic design institute, and have been involved in large and medium project design or competition priority.

3. Applicants must have strong independent thinking and communication skills, and have better ability to make handmade models.

4. At least 1 to the initial stage of the design or competition project, please focus on the work of the work and position in the work;

5. The candidate should be capable to use Auto CAD, PS, AI and ID with good physical model making skills. Revit, Rhino is a plus.;

6. The applicant is enthusiastic and extrovert, and can adapt to the company's scientific and efficient working model, and also have strong communication ability and good professional ethics.

7. The bilingual professionals who have studied abroad and working experience abroad and are proficient in English and Chinese are given priority.

8. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday;
