Responsibilities:
? Work closely with project director as a leading designer and play a key role in the whole length of projects.
? Lead medium or large scale projects, responsible for design, ensure the project to be completed on schedule and staff to work together effectively with good quality.
? Develops landscape design from concept to DD in response to design and technical problems posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems.
? Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, judge the necessity of modifications on projects.
? Manages the presentation and report development towards clients.
? Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
? 5-6 years in a project management role in landscape architecture.
? Degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines.
? Experience in international and/or hospitality projects is highly regarded.
? With experience successfully managing teams; maintain good relationship between the superior and subordinate.
? Strong client communication skills.
? Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office, Sketch Up or other model making software, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Good writing and oral communication skills in English.
