实习生（建筑或室内设计专业）

要求Requirements：

??? 建筑设计、室内设计、城市规划或相关专业毕业；

Architectural design, interior　design　or　urban planning or related majors；

??? 英语听说读写能力强的优先；

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability is preferred

??? 熟练运用设计相关软件，如CAD/SKETCHUP/RHINO/PS/INDESIGN/PPT等；

Good on operating relevant design software, such as CAD / SKETCHUP / RHINO / PS / INDESIGN / PPT etc.

??? 有一定的逻辑分析能力、工作安排能力、团队协作能力以及语言表达能力。

Has certain logic analysis ability, work ability, team cooperation ability and language competence.

职责Responsibilities：

??? 整理公司各类型项目案例资料；

Sort out and prepare company portfolio including all kinds of project;

??? 联系国外设计团队，负责项目投标或竞赛的文件准备；

Contact foreign design team, responsible for preparing bidding or project competition documents;

??? 为项目团队提供所需的国内相关技术规范资料；

Provide the domestic related technical specific regulation for the team;

??? 考察项目场地，完成的相关调研工作；

Project site survey to complete the relevant research work;

??? 协助项目团队完成项目汇报文件的制作；

Assist team to complete the presentation file for the project;

??? 参加项目会议并完成中英文会议记录；

Attend project meetings and complete meeting minutes both in English and Chinese；

??? 进行扩初设计，包括绘制建筑或室内专业图纸及相关文件的审核等相关工作。

Design development, including preparing the architectural drawings and reviewing the relevant documents and other related work.
