图形设计师 / Graphic Designer

主要职责

• 对内图形设计工作

构建深化和并制作STUDIO HBA品牌手册并进行全司推广

创建图形及品牌标准及模板以用于STUIDO HBA Shanghai的市场推广相关工作，如展示、提案、内外部宣传

• 对外图形设计工作

为现有或潜在酒店客户提供创意概念或设计，如标志创作、品牌手册、标识、导向、包装或市场行销推广

基于创意需求深化设计

积极与创意总监、资深设计师和其他团队成员配合以呈现引人入胜的设计作品

为其他室内设计师提供设计展示文案的相关布局及图形设计支持

• 供应商管理及报价

与外部印刷公司、标识咨询公司以及产品供应商保持良好合作以确保对方提供价优质佳的材料

岗位要求

• 三年或三年以上图形设计或品牌传播工作经验
• 大专或以上学历，图形设计或视觉传达相关专业毕业
• 熟练操作Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop等软件
• 对生活方式、设计、客户市场以及酒店行业的当前趋势有敏锐洞察力
• 善于学习并有能力承担更多工作职责
• 乐观且勤于好学
• 善于团队合作
• 良好的中英文沟通能力
• 可适应出差

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Graphic Design for STUIDO HBA Shanghai

Build, develop and execute STUDIO HBA brand manual and facilitate firm-wide adoption

Create graphics and brand standards and templates for STUIDO HBA Shanghai’s marketing communication for presentation, proposal, internal and external communication

• Graphic Design for STUDIO HBA’s clients

Support the creation of concepts and design for existing and potential hospitality clients of STUDIO HBA Shanghai such as logo creation, brand manual, signage, environmental, packaging and marketing collaterals

Develop design concepts based on creative brief

Work with Creative Director, senior designer and other team members to collaborate, brainstorm, assemble and present compelling content

Presentation layout and graphic design support for STUDIO HBA Shanghai's Interior Design presentation and pitches

• Supplier management and request for quotes

Coordinate with external printers, signage consultants and production suppliers to produce quality and cost efficient material

Job Specification

• At least 3 years experience in a graphic design or brand communication capacity
• Degree/Diploma in graphic design or visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop
• A keen eye for current trends in lifestyle, design, consumer markets and hospitality industry
• Fast learner and ability to multi-task
• Pleasant disposition and a willingness to learn
• Great team player
• Good communication skills required in both Mandarin & English will be an advantage
• Ability to travel.
