项目总监 Project Director

1）Conduct weekly meetings with team members to ensure that the design integrity is maintained, deliverable milestones are being met and that all team members are performing up to Studio HBA’s standards.

2）Has complete fiscal responsibility for projects. This includes: Full knowledge of the contractual obligations for each project: scope, schedule, budget, fee, payment schedule and terms & conditions; review and approval of all project invoices and authorization of all project related expenses, including travel.

3）Achieve maximum profitability on each project.

4）Review all project team members’ timesheets and maintain allocated time constraints.

5）Maintain professional relationships with all clients; seeking to improve the quality of their properties and win future work.

6）Mentor new staff members, training them in all office standards and procedures.

7）Inform Partner of all project and employee-related issues that require their immediate attention.

8）Participate in Project Managers Meetings to discuss and evaluate project strategies, billing status, staffing requirements, business development and recruiting efforts.

9）Actively participate in the Business Development and Public Relations efforts of the firm whenever and wherever possible.

OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES:

1）Participate in maintaining relationships with existing clients and nurture relationships with potential new clients.

2）Participate in the establishment and maintenance of design standards for the firm.

3）Keep abreast of interior construction industry trends that may influence design scheme.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1）Overall 10 years of interior design experience in the field of office or commercial complex design;

2）More than 3 projects installed that achieved a high level of both design and profitability.

3）Self-sufficiency in leading a design team.

4）Strong written and oral communication skill in Chinese and English.

5）Loyalty and dedication to the firm.

6）Ability to travel as required.
