土建工程师 职位描述
土建工程师项目经理助理
任职资格：
1. 土木工程学位
2. 1-3 年以上相关施工现场或项目管理公司或总包工作经验
3. 最好具有外资工程公司工作经验
4. 精通MICROSOFT OFFICE
5. 英语听、说及书面表达能力良好
6. 熟悉中国规范，标准和规则
7. 熟悉当地政府审批程序
岗位职责：
1. 协助项目经理处理每日现场工作
2. 参加现场会议，准备报告和项目涉及现场文档
3. 安排项目会议和准备会议纪要
4. 每日视察工地以及准备相关报告
5. 协助项目招投标事宜
6. 协助项目团队的投标评估
7. 根据项目进度表监控施工进度；
8. 与当地政府部门联络审批申请和批准事宜
9. 在项目经理的指导下，签发现场指导、视察报告以及与承包商澄清现场技术问题
Job qualification 1. Degree of Civil Engineering
2. 1-3 years related work experience in construction field for a Project Management Company or General Contractor
3. Having foreign engineering company work experience is preferred
4. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
5. Good English speaking, listening and writing skills
6. Familiar with Chinese codes, standards and regulations
7. Familiar with the local authorities and Permitting.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Project Manager in the daily site work
2. Take part in site meetings, prepare reports and site documents for PM issue;
3. Arrange site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting
4. Conduct daily site inspection and prepare the relevant reports
5. Assist the project team in the tender process
6. Assist the project team in evaluation of bid packages
7. Supervise construction progress according to the Project Schedule;
8. Liaison with local authorities and government bureaus for permitting and applications
9. Under direction of Project Manager to issue the site instruction, site inspection and inspection reports; to clarify all technical issues on site with the contractors
