岗位要求： 工作经验：8年左右，本科及以上学历，建筑设计、室内设计或相关专业毕业，知名院校优先； 外资设计公司工作背景，工作中有直接与外籍人员沟通或汇报； 英文听说读写流利，有国外留学经验优先； 熟悉国内相关技术规范； 具有很强的项目管理经验，负责整个设计项目的推进并与客户、当地院及其他各方的协调沟通； 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、工作安排能力和团队协作能力； 有一定的方案汇报能力。 熟练运用设计相关软件，如CAD/SKETCHUP/RHINO/PS/INDESIGN/PPT等； 岗位职责： 项目管理，充分理解客户需求和设计工作范围，根据要求制定项目进度，按时推进并及时完成项目； Project management, fully understand client’s requirements and scope of design work, make project schedule according to the requirements, carry forward and complete the project on time; 负责项目所有阶段的协调沟通，与项目相关方协调沟通，包括政府、客户、国外设计团队、国内设计院以及动画、模型制作等供应商； Responsible for the coordination and communication at all project stages, including the government, client, foreign design teams, LDI, animation company, model making and other suppliers; 识别项目推进过程中将遇到的主要问题，及时提出解决方案并确保落实； Identify the major problems encountered during the project progress, propose solutions and ensure to carry forward timely; 对项目推进过程中遇到的技术疑点进行分析，与对标案例进行比较，提出方案并及时解决； Analyze the technical problems encountered during the project p
