1. Assist project manager to manage and deliver projects from initial stage to handover stage. This also includes work during tender stage; 2. Assist project manager to prepare tender document and proposal during tender stage; translation work is needed for foreign company’s projects; 3. To prepare submission document and follow up it. It includes government submission for obtaining construction permit, building submission for obtaining landlord/BMO construction approval; 4. To work together with project manager to track/monitor project progress and quality; 5. Take part in internal/external meetings; prepare paperwork and reports, including weekly report, meeting minutes, as-built document, etc.; 6. Assist project manager to do project management/project handover work; 7. To manage/deliver projects following company standard/procedure. 1. 协助项目经理管理和交付项目从初始阶段到交接阶段。 这也包括招标阶段的工作； 2．在招标阶段协助项目经理准备招标文件和提案； 外国公司的项目需要翻译工作； 3. 准备提交文件并跟进。 包括获得建筑许可证的政府提交，获得房东/ BMO建筑批准的建筑提交； 4. 与项目经理一起跟踪/监控项目进度和质量； 5．参加内部/外部会议； 准备文书工作和报告，包括周报告、会议记录、竣工文件等； 6．协助项目经理做好项目管理/项目交接工作； 7.  按照公司标准/程序管理/交付项目。 8. 项目经理交办的其他任务。 Key Qualifications： 1. Language: Mandarin and English. CET-6 is minimum. Good spoken English is a plus 2. Experience: No strict requirement. 1~2 experience is a plus 3. Software skills: MS (word/excel/slide) is minimum; Project/CAD/PS is a plus 4. Highlight: Work carefully and responsibly; have good understanding & strong delivery ability; can work under pressure and be interested in design & build industry 1. 语言：普通话和英语。 CET-6 是最低要求。 良好的英语口语是加分项 2．经验：无严格要求。 1~2经验加分 3. 软件技能：MS（word/excel/slide）最低； 项目/CAD/PS 是加分项 4．亮点：工作认真负责； 具有良好的理解力和较强的交付能力； 能在压力下工作并对设计和建造行业感兴趣 What You Can Get 1.
