Requirements: 61 Bachelor Degree in Architecture; 61 Minimum 8 years of experience for industrial facility planning and design; 61 Class 1 registered license; 61 Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code; 61 Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program; 61 A good working knowledge of English; 61 Also able to act as PM for small & middle sized projects.
